Community-Based, Partnership-Driven Initiatives
In addition to organizing international conferences, Martaniah Care International implements community-based and partnership-driven initiatives that connect global dialogue with local action. Our work focuses on climate action, circular economy, plastic waste innovation, newcomer integration, green employability, youth leadership, women’s economic empowerment, community education and sustainable development.
Through these areas of intervention, we support communities, newcomers, youth, women and emerging entrepreneurs by creating opportunities for learning, training, mentorship, innovation, networking and partnership development.
Climate Action & Community Resilience
We promote climate awareness, environmental responsibility and community resilience through education, training and local action — supporting waste reduction, recycling, tree planting, environmental education, community clean-ups and climate adaptation.
Circular Economy & Plastic Waste Innovation
We advance circular economy solutions by promoting recycling, reuse, upcycling and innovative approaches to plastic waste management — turning waste into opportunity through education, skills development, innovation labs and partnerships.
Newcomer Integration & Community Navigation
We support the social and economic integration of newcomers by connecting them with information, services, networks and community resources — including orientation, settlement support, civic engagement and culturally responsive education.
Green Skills & Employability
We strengthen employability by helping youth, newcomers, women and underserved communities build skills for the emerging green economy — through training, mentorship, career workshops and pathways to opportunity.
Youth Leadership & Social Entrepreneurship
We empower young people to become leaders, innovators and agents of change — supporting youth-led initiatives in climate action, circular economy, community engagement, social entrepreneurship and civic participation.
Women’s Economic Empowerment
We support women, including newcomer and racialized women, to access training, mentorship, entrepreneurship opportunities and financial literacy — encouraging participation in the circular economy, green entrepreneurship and leadership.
Community Education & Public Awareness
We provide education and awareness on climate change, plastic waste, recycling, sustainable living, health, inclusion, employment and social development — using workshops, forums, webinars, campaigns and public events.
Research, Policy Dialogue & Knowledge Exchange
We create spaces for research, policy dialogue and knowledge exchange through conferences, roundtables, consultations, reports and partnerships — generating practical solutions for sustainable development.
Local & International Partnerships
We build partnerships with community organizations, public institutions, academic institutions, private sector actors, development partners and international networks to design, implement and scale impactful programs.
